I loved everything about my stay! The staff were welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the breakfast was generous. Not to mention, the location was ideal, close to everything in the city center and with outstanding views from the balconies.

Nothing not to like!

The hostel mentions on Booked.net site that there is an access to pool and tennis, which needs to be well understood. These facilities are not present within the hotel and guests are to pay additional charges for these activities. These need to be well highlighted on the site , but has been systematically well hidden.

Very nice and helpful staffs; clean rooms, easy access, quiet environment. .

It would be better if there is coffee/tea/hot water machine in the rooms.

All was perfect - This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving no room for improvement.

The staff were friendly and attentive. I and my friend were taken to our rooms by the person manning the reception and we were offered a welcome aperatif. The room was very modern and comfortable with a beautifully designed shower ensuite. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the restaurant had big picture windows with a relaxing view onto the landscaped garden of the hotel. Although the hotel had no spa facilities itself it was a very short walk from the Lindner Alpentherme which had a wide range of facilities from thermal pools to sauna suite to treatments and was reasonably priced with stunning views from the outside thermal pool over the village. Based on my experience I would definately stay at this hotel again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Rooms are spacious, clean, light and airy with fantastic mountain views. TV channel selection is the best we have come across, the main channels for almost the whole of europe. It is situated right beside the Alpentherme in the centre of the village. Very good hotel.

Had an amazing romantic escape in the Alps. The spacious and cozy room was the best I have ever stayed in. Loved the comfortable bed and the two bathrooms. The location was perfect: close to the ski lifts and the hot springs. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

The parking. It was hard to find a place to park, and we had to pay for it.

The room was very clean and spacious. Great view. Extremely friendly staff. Well run family hotel with owner providing a nice personal and very warm welcome to all the visitors.

The only downside was that at this time of the year no dinners are served but apparently served during the peak holiday seasons.

Attention to detail, the staff were really aware of our needs and advanced requests, they were attentive and very polite. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean.

When we arrived after 6 pm there was a very polite notice asking to call the receptionist on the phone that was conveniently place on the desk, however the notice was in german only and I recommend that the notice be placed in at least german and english or french for those who do not understand the language.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure to cater to guests' needs and speaking multiple languages in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is ideal, being very close to the Torrent ski lift and within walking distance of everything in town. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and offer a very nice mountain view, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality products.

All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The staff were very nice an helpful. Good location. Rooms well equipped (nice lcd tv with satellite international channels) with balcony. I had dinner at the hotel and the cuisine was extremely good. Breakfast was good too with a good choice of hot and cold food.

My room was quite small, I would not know about the others.

The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and available. I participated to a sports event and they prepared an amazing early breakfast for me and my friends, without extra charge. All questions and requests were answered with a smile. We'll go back there, no doubt about that. Highly recommended!

Nothing worth mentioning.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for their renovated rooms. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, making an effort to speak different languages. The location of the hotel is convenient, situated in a deep valley surrounded by beautiful mountains.

No significant negatives to report, all was satisfactory.

The hotel was very conveniently located and the parking was not too expensive. The rooms we comfortable and had a nice balcony. The dining room / breakfast room and the bar are very nice. Good value for money.
